This day has almost slipped past me and I have not written anything yet!!! If I want to keep up my “post a day for 30 days” I better get to typing hah.
Today was our 4th annual Grenada Downtown Jubilee, and I love to attend so I can see the car show, mengle with people I have not seen in a long time and enjoy a funnel cake or two. Told ya I was eating bad these days.
My stepson is also in what I consider to be one of the top main attractions there, The Grenada High School Visions show choir. They are awesome. They sing and dance to some really good tunes and put on a great show. Many talented young teens. For many of you local readers of this blog you know what I am talking about. Soon for the rest of you I will be able to point you to a website where you can see some video clips of them in action, that’s coming soon.

The car show this year was a total let down. I think there were a total of five cars present and I didn’t bother to go look at them.
Relentless Apparel Company was there with a booth setup as were many vendors. I stopped by there for a bit and got a few shirts. You should check them out, they have a website www.relentlessonline.com
Ricky Mabry was there posing as Elvis and he always does a superb job. I only wish I had gotten their early to hear his entire routine.
It was a great day, a little breazy and hit from the outer winds of Hurricane Ike, but we faired well not to recieve any rain. That will come later, which reminds me I need to cut the yard before it rains all next week.
Well looks like I managed to not let you down and get this article published. I am right on track at producing one a day.
